Sustainable Fitch is proud to be a partner for OMFIF Global Transition Finance Summit 2023 on Wednesday November 1 at Pan Pacific Orchard, Singapore.
The global transition finance summit convenes influential leaders from the public and private sectors for a high-level and proactive dialogue on meeting net-zero targets, while maintaining social and economic balance.
Centered on the key themes in transition finance, asset owners, pension funds and sovereign funds will join policy-makers, central banks, development banks, fund managers and corporations to delve into the financial solutions, products and architecture required for the transition. On the agenda will be how to facilitate the low-carbon transition by leveraging capital. According to the International Energy Agency’s Net Zero Emissions by 2050 scenario, the transition will require an additional $126tn from now until 2050, with almost half of this investment needed in the Asia Pacific region.
Taking place in Singapore, which performs a key role between East and West as well as the developed and developing markets, speakers and delegates will be leveraged from the networks of the event’s founding partners: SGX Group, the leading global exchange in ESG and sustainability; and OMFIF, the independent think tank with a unique network among public sector financial institutions.
Join our speaker, Aurelia Britsch, Global Head of Climate Research, Sustainable Fitch as she presents on session III on Evolving sustainable capital markets – the latest tools, products and standards.
