Fitch Ratings has affirmed Shandong Hi-Speed Holdings Group Limited's (SDHG) Long-Term Foreign- and Local-Currency Issuer Default Ratings (IDRs) at 'A-' and removed them from Rating Watch Evolving (RWE), on which they were placed in May 2022. The Outlook is Stable.

Sustainable Fitch has assigned Shandong Hi-Speed Holdings Group Limited an ESG Entity Rating of '2' (on a scale from '1' to '5', where '1' is excellent and ‘5’ is poor), which indicates good ESG performance. SDHG was assessed using Fitch’s proprietary ESG Rating methodology.

SDHG is an investment holding company listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. SDHG has traditionally focused on generic financial investment and financial services, but has been shifting its focus towards becoming an industrial investment group from 2021 onwards. SDHG’s newly established industrial investment segment focuses on emerging industries, including new energy, new infrastructure, and digital industries.
